Curasight publishes Interim Report Q2 2026

August 27, 2026

Regulatory

Copenhagen, Denmark, 27 August 2026 – Curasight A/S (“Curasight” or the “Company” – TICKER: CURAS), a clinical-stage radiopharmaceutical company pioneering first-in-class uPAR-targeted radioligand platform therapies across multiple aggressive solid tumors, hereby publishes its Interim Report Q2 2026. The interim report is available as an attached file to this release and on the Company's website.

The second quarter marked important progress for Curasight, led by the encouraging preliminary readout from the ongoing Phase 1 trial of uTREAT® in patients with glioblastoma. The Company also strengthened its financial position through a directed share issue raising approximately DKK 20 million.

Following the preliminary uTREAT® readout, Curasight continues to advance the Phase 1 uTREAT® program and assess the clinical data as they emerge. As part of the ongoing development of the study, the Company submitted a protocol amendment in July, designed to generate additional clinical information to support subsequent development.

Curasight has also updated the expected timing of its next clinical data readouts. Topline data from the Phase 1 study of uTREAT® in glioblastoma are now expected in H1 2027, and data from the Phase 2 study of uTRACE® in prostate cancer, partnered with Curium, are also expected during H1 2027. The updated timelines primarily reflect the inherent uncertainty around the timing of final patient enrollment.

Curasight’s CEO Ulrich Krasilnikoff comments:

“The encouraging preliminary uTREAT® data represent an important milestone for Curasight and reinforce our confidence in the potential of our uPAR-targeted approach. As a data-driven company, we continue to evaluate the emerging evidence and adapt our clinical development plans where appropriate to build the strongest possible evidence base. Curasight is among the first companies to take a uPAR-targeted radioligand therapy into glioblastoma using super-selective intra-arterial delivery.

In a first-in-human study of this kind, refining the protocol as clinical experience accumulates is how a development program is built properly, and that is what we have done. The amended protocol is designed to produce a stronger dataset and a better basis for designing the next stage of development.

In prostate cancer we have reassessed the expected pace of enrollment and set a revised timeline that we can report against. uTREAT® remains our lead value driver, supported by uTRACE®, which identifies the same uPAR biology that uTREAT® is designed to target therapeutically.”

About Curasight A/S

Curasight is a clinical-stage radiopharmaceutical company developing uTREAT®, a first-in-class uPAR-targeted radioligand therapy (RLT) platform designed to treat aggressive solid tumors. uTREAT® is supported by uTRACE®, a clinically validated uPAR PET imaging agent built on the same targeting ligand. Together, uTRACE® and uTREAT® form Curasight’s theranostic approach, designed to identify patients through diagnostic imaging and subsequently target the same cancer biology therapeutically.
